Terms of sale
These terms cover buying from LastPrice Ltd, Accra, Ghana. Prices are in Ghana cedis.
Prices
Every price on this site is the price you pay. The delivery fee is shown before you commit and nothing is added at checkout. We do not haggle and we do not run a different price by phone.
If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we will tell you before taking any money, and you can cancel. We will not quietly charge you the higher figure.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy, and it becomes a contract when we accept it. Placing it charges you nothing — we take no card details and there is no payment at checkout.
Stock
What is shown in stock is what we have. We do not list an item we cannot supply, and an item we have run out of is marked unavailable and cannot be added to a basket.
In the rare case that something is sold twice before the count catches up, we tell you the same day and refund anything you have already paid, in full.
Paying
- Mobile money transfer, quoting your order number as the reference
That is the only method we take. We do not take cash and we do not take card payments.
You send it when the item reaches you and you have looked at it. We check the transfer against our own records — a screenshot of a transfer is not the same as the money arriving.
Delivery
We deliver across Accra on the day and window you choose. Delivery depends on someone being available to receive the item at the address given. If nobody is there, we will contact you to arrange another attempt; a repeated failed delivery may be charged for.
Returns
Faulty, damaged or not as described: tell us within 7 days and we collect and refund in full. The full policy is on the delivery and returns page.
Guarantee
Our own 3-month guarantee on top: if it stops working, we repair or replace it.
That guarantee is ours, not the manufacturer’s. Most of this stock carries nothing from the factory behind it, and we do not claim cover that does not exist — what is offered here is what this shop itself undertakes to do.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
